You will receive an Email reservation slip from us whether your reservation has been successfully sent. We will also state all the details, such as, room type, no of room, hotel address and its price in the Email.

We will send you a confirmation note to the Email address that you provide.

Yes, you can change your booking after it has been confirmed. Please send us an Email of your amendment to reservation@anywherehotels.com, with your reference number. Kindly refer to our booking terms and conditions regarding amendment charge.

Yes, you can cancel your booking after it has been confirmed. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges.

You can extend your stay at the hotel which you have booked with us. Please contact us directly and immediately once you know that you want to extend your stay. Kindly quote your reference number when you contact us. If you were to book directly with the hotel, the rate will not be the same as what we have charged you. Direct booking with the hotel will definitely be more expensive, because it is rack rate.

Yes, you can proceed to make a reservation even though there is no rate. Once we have confirmed the rate, we will send you an Email and the payment is required before the due date indicated in the Email Reservation Slip.

Every hotel has a different child policy. Most of the hotels that offer twin rooms have only single bed and therefore may not be enough to accommodate your child. It is up to the discretion of yourself to book an extra bed for your child. If you require an extra bed for your child, please click the extra bed box and key in "Y". Kindly indicate the age of your child in the special request box. If you do not need and extra bed for your child, please key in "N" for the extra bed box and indicate the age of your child in the special request box.

The hotel that you have booked with us already has your booking. Simply present your passport for check in.

Yes, you can book a hotel which is not listed in our hotel list. Just email us contact@anywherehotels.com the hotel name, the country, city, the type and number of room required and any other special request. We will try our very best to source and secure the best rate for you.
