Terms and Conditions
In order to process your reservation, you are required to submit your
payment through our website. A confirmation email will be sent to you
and your credit card will be charged by PayDollar once your requested hotel is confirmed.
Amendment
Any amendment made after the booking has been confirmed can be emailed
to reservation@anywherehotels.com. Amendment is subject to availability and
confirmation is dependent on hotel allotment availability at the time.
Cancellation By You
If you decide to cancel your booking at anytime you must notify us via
email reservation@anywherehotels.com. Please remember to quote your booking
reference number. The following cancellation charges apply. An administrative
cancellation or amendment charge of US$15 will be charged for any cancellation
or amendment in reduction of room nights upon confirmation. One night
of the room rate will be charge for any confirmed cancellation or amendment
made less than 7 days prior to check-in. Full cancellation charge applies
for any confirmed cancellation or amendment made less than 72 hours upon
check in date or trade fair period, unless specified. Full cancellation
charge will be imposed. If you fail to cancel your reservation and/or
did not check-in to a confirmed hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to change your booking in terms of room type
and we have no direct control over their act. Should this happen before
your departure, we will notify you through email. If this happen on your
arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to provide you any
room type without consulting us and therefore we are not liable.
Complaint
If you have cause for complaint against the hotel. You should immediately
bring it to the hotel's attention, so that the problem could be rectified
and you could enjoy your stay. However, if the problem remains unsolved,
please email reservation@anywherehotels.com within 14 days after your stay.
Kindly provide us with full details of your complaint and your booking
reference.
